Job Overview
Pharma Group – EuroCham Vietnam is currently looking for a full-time COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER – based in Ho Chi Minh City.
TYPE OF CONTRACT
1-year fixed term contract upon successful completion of a 2-month probation period.
MAIN DUTIES
Content creation:
- Assisting in developing and executing communication plans utilising social media platforms, traditional media channels, and direct messaging;
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop compelling and engaging written content (e.g., press releases, website content, e-newsletters, video, etc.), ensuring it aligns with Pharma Group’s communications objectives and target audiences
- Develop talking points, commentaries and related materials to support PG external communications
Social channel and media engagement:
- Supporting the management and maintenance of social media platforms, ensuring consistent and active engagement with followers
- Manage PG LinkedIn page and internal Members’ Resource section
- Monitor the healthcare media environment for media advocacy opportunities, PR branding activities
- Draft and direct content development of all communication vehicles and ensure alignment with overall communication strategy
- Translating communication materials in to Vietnamese/English for use on social media and press materials.
Internal communications:
- Assisting in developing and implementing internal communication plans to ensure effective information flow within PG Membership
- Creating visually appealing and informative materials for internal communications purposes, including meeting presentations, infographics
Events organisation:
- Leading or supporting the planning and execution of events, conferences and workshops (including agency management)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a communications or public relations role
- Experience managing projects related to communications, PR, or events, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Experience working with industry advocacy organisations is a plus.
