• How and when these rules might impact businesses and how to become ESG-proof
• Case studies or examples that show how the ESG rules have already impacted or will impact the way of doing business in Vietnam and Europe

Marieke van der PijlCompliance & Regulations Advisor at Source of Asia
Marieke van der Pijl is the Secretary General of the Board of Directors of EuroCham and a member of the Board of Directors of the Dutch Business Association Vietnam. She has in-depth knowledge of the various EU ESG regulations and directives. Marieke has been in Vietnam for almost 14 years and has experience in compliance, operational management and business development. She has an LL.M in European and International Law from the Radboud University in the Netherlands.

Xavier PouliquenBusiness Developer at Source of Asia
Xavier Pouliquen is a French Business Developer at Source of Asia, responsible for developing partnerships and managing the relationship between European clients and operational teams in Vietnam. With expertise in business development and market entry strategies, Xavier plays a key role in facilitating successful collaborations in Southeast Asia. He has been in Vietnam for over two years, following the completion of his master’s degree in international business.
